This was my first time at Dark Tempus, although it was their second event. I had an absolutely brilliant time, helped no end by the attention paid by the dev team to our group before we even entered play, ensuring that we fit into the setting. It was a very physical game, which I enjoyed, and there was always something to do. There were a number of crew who'd not LRPed before and didn't have much in the way of their own costume, hence the lower marks around costume quality and roleplaying standard, but neither of these things really affected my enjoyment of a truly excellent game.
