Cities in Darkness

"When the mortals go to bed, the true rulers of the city come out to play."



CiD is an independent live-action role play society. We run four linked games of World Of Darkness/Vampire: The Requiem located the North-East of England. Each location runs one game per month and players are free to visit as many or few as they wish. We also run occasional society games- larger events held in atmospheric venues.



We meet on the first Tuesday of the month in Newcastle*, the second Tuesday in Middlesbrough, the third Tuesday in Darlington and the fourth Tuesday of the month in Durham*. All games run from 7pm-10.30pm, and the story tellers are available for character generation and enquiries from 6pm. Please check the calendar on the right of this page for more information on dates, times and venues.



We have a message forum that our members use to keep in touch and role play as their characters between games. Our members are friendly and are always willing to answer any questions you may have.

For character Generation we use the MET (Mind's Eye Theater) books.

If you would any more Info, the Blue World of Darkness Book and the Red Vampire the Requiem Book, and then 25xp for Start Up and a Further 25xp if you submit a background.
