Description

No one really knows how it happened, but what you do know is it happened quickly. They say society is just three square meals away from anarchy and how right they were.

The trouble is, no one told humanity what would come next. Funny how that is always the case.

It almost doesn’t matter now we’re dealing with the aftermath. So few survived, but you were one of the lucky ones. Maybe you hid out with your friends and family, perhaps you were lucky enough to know someone in the government or you expected all this and prepped like you life depended on it. Because it did.

Now the worst winter in over a century is coming to an end and your food and water stocks are running low. The time has come to venture out, gather supplies, meet other survivor groups and rebuild.

Because this is the aftermath.

Aftermath is set in the UK in the near future. Imagine for a second that humanity has been decimated and now you have to rebuild from the rubble. The government barely functions, you and your fellow survivors need to eat and rebuild your lives and you heard there are bandits prowling along the M4.

Join over 200 other players in this unique megagame of what could happen next.

Teams will represent Gold and Silver Commands and survivor groups struggling to make it to next week. For a full breakdown of what each team and role can expect to do during the game, see the roles guide.

No one can predict what will happen during the game, but what we can say is each survivor team has a unique purpose with players each wanting to achieve their personal goals. Meanwhile, the Gold and Silver Commands will be attempting to utilise their finite resources to rebuild the country.

Do you trust or fear the government? What will you do if what remains of the British Army suddenly comes knocking? Do you have enough food to feed your camp through to next week? And where did Betsy, your black cat get to?

These are just some of the questions you could be answering during the aftermath.
