The Third Major Ornithocracy Event, where Coteries of Birds fight over Human Dreams in the early Twentieth Century.

The Parliament Doors Re-open. The Human Years of 1919 to 1923 pass. There is much to change, as the Great war has taken it's toll on the psyche of the World. Depression and lamentation rock the infrastructures of society, as below them, science makes it's breakthroughs, forgotten history is dug up, and art swings it's hips to the Charlston. Now isw the time of The Forgotten Generation, those artists and writers, scientists and celebrities doomed to achieve greatness yet never truly be idolized...
Historical delvings and artistic enlightenment in the wake of such suffering makes this time ripe for The Eye & Veil. But only one will reap the Parliament's hosting...
