Description

A zero-prep, rules-light freeform LARP in London, in which players take on the role of patrons at a fantasy tavern. Become one of the ambitious chancers, unflappable fixers, hapless artists, or reckless guardians here for a piece of what the tavern offers: magical assistance, founts of rare knowledge, shelter from the elements – and enemies…

This is ideal for anyone new to LARP, or more experienced players looking for a self-contained, low-commitment game in a cosy setting.

Character-creation and world-building is done in small groups on the night, before a couple of hours of freeform play; in-world prompts and in-character facilitators are there to support players if wanted.

Minimum age 18yrs, LARP runs 7.30pm-10.30pm. There is a working bar running during the event but the cost of drinks is not included in the ticket price.

This is the third of three Shield & Torch LARPs. Players can attend 1, 2 or all 3; content will vary each time so it will simply be like returning to the tavern on a different night.
