Fields of Illusion is a family friendly, high fantasy hero LARP set in the world of the Phoenix Empire, where black powder meets magic and myth. With room for around 100 players, this is a collaborative world shaped by your imagination—and your skills. The setting welcomes all, whether you prefer high adventure, quiet mystery, political intrigue, or raw survival.

We run 3 events a year and our game takes place across 90 acres of private woodlands, hills, and quarry lands. The main encampment sits atop a slope known as Brokers Field, named for its reputation as a place of deal-making and resilience. Landmarks like the Clutii Wells and Hero Shrines mark places of magical and cultural power. Nearby, the hamlet of Hernscombe—founded after past demonic invasions—offers a thread of civilization amid the chaos.
